Recent research has shown how destructive emotions such as anger, fear, hatred, greed, craving and unhealthy emotional attachments (mental toxins) have a detrimental impact n our health and in many cases, destructive emotions have been linked directly to heart disease, skin conditions, allergies and even cancers.

 

The innovative training programme has been developed to enable individuals to understand which types of mental activities are conducive to own well being and the well being of others, and which one are harmful to us.
