SMM Training
As we all face the fast changing and uncertainly in our daily lives due to the economic downturn, falling house prices, spiralling fuel and food prices, increasing violence amongst children, unproductive stress is now the “norm” for millions of people both in their personal and professional lives.
Stress has been shown damage our physical health, leading to increased risk of heart attacks, strokes, even cancers, as well as increased episodes of depression, anger, anxiety and other negative emotions.
We have developed a range of simple yet innovative experiential programmes for stress management, authentic leadership, awakening minds and hearts, as well as developing ethical business skills.
All our programmes and workshops are based on the current research in psychology combined with wisdom tradition practices, culminating in holistic approaches to managing stress, anxiety, depression, and worry; transforming negative emotions such as anger and fear, cultivating positive traits of self-compassion, emotional intelligence and awakening of our hearts and minds towards self-actualisation and self-realisation.
