Justin Timberlake reveals stress relief techniques


Justin Timberlake punches pillows to relieve the stress he faces in day-to-day life.

The 32-year-old singer has revealed his stress management techniques as he prepares to tour his new album The 20/20 experience, which has sold more than one million copies worldwide since its early 2013 release.

In an interview with Star magazine, Timberlake said:: “I use everything as therapy. I play golf, write songs, punch pillows. We’ve all done it. You get so mad that you punch a wall and then you break your hand or something.”

These revelations come as the US hitmaker experiences a renaissance, releasing successful hits including Mirrors and Suit and Tie – with the ex-Nsync star teaming up with Jay-Z for the latter.

The Tennessee-born star recently married his longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel in Fasano, Italy, in the process of quashing rumours that the couple were having relationship issues.

Additionally, Timberlake finds philanthropy valuable use of his time, with the singer donating a reported sum of $9 million (£6 million) to the Shriners Hospitals for Children charity in 2009.
