Stress killing families, children and relationships as depression deepens

Stress can not be ignored anymore, when 1 in 3 children between the ages of 11-16 report are depressed, angry or stressed most of the time. More children are being placed out for foster care than ever before, the Adolescent and Children’s Trust (Tact) largest charitable provider of foster care in the UK, reports a more than 100% increase in referrals from local authorities over the past 12 months!

Not are our children so stressed, that depression and aggressing is “normal”, but even more parents are unable to look after their OWN children and are putting them up for foster care.

Perhaps it is now time to ask ourselves some fundamental questions.

Is this what living is about?

• Stressed at work

• Stressed by the unhealthy working hours

• Stressed in relationships

• Medication through alcohol and mindless “entertainment”

• Children on anti-depressants and other mind altering drugs, creating mentally and emotionally disturbed society of children

A quick glance around you will leave us in no doubt that our lives are becoming so stressful, that now many parents are unable to cope to the extent of not being able to look after their own children.

Stress is not decreasing but increasing daily, and likely to increase many fold over the next few years as the UK (and the world) wakes up to the depression they have been led by our “trusted” politicians.

To makes matters worse, free, non-toxic, safe, tried and tested techniques such as meditation are ignored, dismissed and undermined in order to line the pockets of multinational pharmaceutical companies so they are able to make the you and your children into junkies of addictive, toxic, mind altering drugs that have but a few years in any meaningful trials as opposed to techniques that have been trailed over thousands of years!. What would you trust?
