The Stresses of political debate, things are going to get ugly

For those who were “fortunate” enough to see the first TV debate of UK Politicians would have noticed how fearful, self-conscious terrified and “frozen” the politicians appeared, especially David Cameron and Gordon Brown .

The stress of being in a TV studio can be daunting in itself, however, the fear that appeared on the faces on the politicians may have been more to do with facing the public, even though the questions were pre-arranged, the response and feedback from the public was prevented, yet it was glaringly obvious of their nervousness and fear. The postures were rigid, the face put forward were artificial their breathing was shallow and asynchronous. Those individuals who practice mindfulness will be aware of the alternate nostril and air flow experience. Our air flow through our nostrils change during the day regularly, however, when we are under stress it affects the regular patterns.

This may be a view into the reality facing the politicians and other control figures such as religious leaders etc when the “subjects” , “believers “and party “followers” realise the extent of how much they have been denied, especially when the population awaken to the undeniable reality of what is actually going on around them, and how these power-parasites and their media propaganda machine are keen to keep you distracted.

We cannot deny the earthquakes over 6 Richter scale in Chile, Haiti, China, Indonesia, Spain North &South America. We cannot deny the “freaky” weather over the past 6 months and continuing.
We cannot deny the sudden rain down pour that are dumping the rainfall of decades in matters of ours.
We cannot deny the volcanic ash that has halted all air travel in most of Europe.
Just taking these UNDENIALBLE facts, we are undoubtedly heading towards an impact on the food supplies this year, in other terms, food shortages.
The impact of the severe weather has delayed spring this year, in addition to having impacted on the economy means that so called “recovery” has yet another nail in its coffin.

Denying reality for what it actually is, has been classified as delusional, a mental illness, see for yourself, if someone was informing you of their “reality” in which everyone was a musical note, you may conclude that they are insane. Well, the same can be said of those who have been so completely and totally brainwashed by the constant stream of information from their TV, Internet, Mobiles, Radios and Print and believe this information to be “true”, they live in an artificially created “reality” that is controlled by those in charge of the media streams and those who tell them what can and cannot be broadcasted.

Meditation is the most powerful tool for these challenging and artificially created times. Denying reality is simply creating more stress by artificially pretending “within” that all is fine. The sooner we wake up to what is actually going on, the sooner we can prepare for several possibilities.
