This is a Kundalini meditation that requires the practitioner to breathe through a rolled tongue. It is practiced for 3 consecutive minutes. The meditation can enhance clarity of mind, aid judgement and decision making while relaxing and calming thoughts and emotions.
When this meditation becomes more familiar, it can be practiced for longer, ideally once in the morning and again in the evening; it can help regenerate and cleanse the digestive system, restoring strength and vitality.
