This is a three minute meditation that rebalances the five elements of life; air, water, ether, fire and earth in order to enhance resistance to stress, illness and trauma.
The meditation also aids the realignment of the two brain hemispheres to minimise conflict between them, reducing stress and increasing clarity, intuition and decision making.
This Kundalini meditation can be built up to a maximum of 11 minutes as the technique is practiced and accustomed.
