What is Qi Gong




Qi Gong, also known as chi quong, chi gung or chi kung is based on the principals of the Universal Tao. It is the culmination of Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts. It is a self-help system that can be adopted to cure and prevent illnesses caused by energetic blockages, reduce stress and anxiety and increase vital life energy or chi.

Qi Gong is the practice of aligning mindful movement, exercise and breathing techniques that builds up life force energy which is then circulated thought the body via the acupuncture meridians.
