Mission statement: “Delivering well-being through meditation” Stress Management.co.uk has been specializing since 1994, in the use of meditation techniques to reduce stress & anxiety, providing practical help in transforming destructive emotions such as anger and fear, and enabling the cultivation of positive emotions such as self-compassion, forgiveness, love and gratitude, helping us connect with ourselves, others (relationships) and nature. Stress management.co.uk provides a range of courses based on mindfulness and Symran (sound based meditation) for individual and groups dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, pain management, addiction and transforming destructive emotions. Stress Management.co.uk programmes offer an approach to psychological intervention and have been designed to enable individuals to learn and apply mindfulness and acceptance processes to create psychological flexibility.
