Since then, the site has grown and developed into a multi-disciplinary bank of guides, features, and psychological research reviews on Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Stress and their mind-body interactions.

‘Traditional’ therapies for mental health conditions have historically failed to acknowledge that there is a fundamental connection between the mind (thoughts and emotions) and the body’s physical health. With this knowledge, self-empowerment, self-awareness and contentment can govern health and wellbeing.
